This program uses Microsoft Access for data storage. if this program is not installed on your computer, you must download the following file: RuntimeAccess2003.exe or install the program

the program gives me an error '339 ': invalid DHTML?
If you open the program from a mesasggio error like this: "error 339 invalid DHTML" You may need to install an add-on called DHTML. For install Click here. Then you have to reinstall X-Tractor.
The program does not work? database does not update?

it is possible that the X-Tractor will not work if the level of user control of Windows 7 is too high. to lower / disable it, follow the instructions

MenùStart → Pannello di controllo → Account utente → Modifica le impostazioni di controllo dell'account utente



Quindi abbassare il livello del controllo con il cursore verticale verso il basso su "Non notificare mai":



Quindi riavviare il computer per confermare l'azione prima di accedere al programma.
